Steps to transfer a domain name

If you follow these steps your Domain Transfer to Simply Hosting will be successful. 

1. The first step is to verify that the Administrative Contact’s information, specifically the e-mail address (as listed in the current registrar’s WHOIS record) is valid and accurate. If it is not, the transfer will fail.  You can change your current administrative contact by contacting your current registrar.   
2. Next verify that your domain is not in a LOCKED status.  If it is locked your domain transfer will fail.  You can unlock your domain with your current registrar.
3. Verify that the domain has been registered for at least 60 days.  This is required before it can be transferred to Simply Hosting.
